This appears to be another case of #82307 but unlike that issue #82170 isn't (yet) fixing it: #82307 (comment).

Also, for next time, please note that we ask for output of ansible --version
and not arbitrarily formatted version output for a reason (our github bot relies on that for parsing, there is more valuable information in ansible --version
