I second having a mirror in place but why add a discussions section when there are PR's?

There's a Matrix server, PR's and direct communication options. Myself, as a privacy enthusiast, can provide any number of secure avenues to contact me and the admin of the repo. Please don't hesitate to speak to us on Matrix, it is the most secure place. Any PR's are reviewed and considered. You can also open your own mirror if you desire. It's just a 1:1 copy of the website, and it can be integrated. I support the mirroring of the guide on either Tor or i2p, but our current provider offers impeccable uptime and server load.
