Uploaded and accepted videos are not added to the assignments playlists about youtube-direct HOT 5 CLOSED

That behavior implies that the video you're adding to the playlist isn't 
available on YouTube. Are you sure that it 
wasn't a duplicate of a previously uploaded video?

If that's not the case, I'd recommend upgrading to the latest YTD release, 
since that does make adding videos to 
playlists more reliable.

I have the same issue, 9 videos, all where existing on YouTube with many views 
so no 
problem there. Have tried everything. Nothing seems to add them to the palylist.

It appears that the problem for me is related to auto approved existing videos 
... they 
are not added to the playlist.
Reject all videos, then re-approve and then get added ..... but then what's the 
point 
of auto approve !

A code change checked into the SVN trunk 
(http://code.google.com/p/youtube-direct/source/detail?r=548) ensures that all 
video submissions that are made when moderation is turned off results in an 
immediate insertion into the assignment's playlist.
