going thru your code I came across several errors with the pump control section displaying error 1. I added a debug node to the output of HLT GPIO python setup node:

I did the same to the MLT and BK GPIO python setup node's and received the same error.
I'm not sure what you are trying to do.

your modified gpio.py errors out with "IndexError: list index out of range from line the following lines:

target_pin = int(sys.argv[1])
pin_state = int(sys.argv[2])
duty_cycle = float(sys.argv[3])/100.0

node-red also shows error 1 under each use

I'm using the latest node-red, and python3.9
