This problem comes from with the tern plugin angular which stores the module names in an object. I know this problem but I don't know for the moment how to fix it.
I will speak about this problem to tern.js

@angelozerr Please always reference issues at tern.js, Eclipse bugzilla etc...
We are humans, we tend to forget (numbers, direct link etc..)

tern plugin angular used inside AngularJS Eclipse is my fork of original angular tern plugin. I must find time to study how to purge the global angular_module variable when module is removed.

In fact, do you want some help for this investigation ? Maybe I can do some stuff for you. I'm not an expert about eclipse plugin development but I can learn with a little bit help.

@jabby I have fixed the problem. You can see my commit angelozerr/tern.java@672525e to understand how angular tern plugin works (I develop it with Chrome Web Browser and html page)
