If going down the route of multiple chrome instances (like we are currently), it would be nice to evenly distribute the load between processes by a smarter check-out system.
When checking out a page, we should check out a page on the chrome instance with the least amount of load. Else, we can round-robin.

I think the next direction of this project is to allow the creation of pools, where each pool is a single chrome instance / pool of pages.
I believe sbroker is a better pooling system that should be investigated.
