Seems like Safari and Chrome already employ some decent level of caching for homescreen apps, so the priority on this can be lowered (especially as hash-based builds have not been set up yet).

Currently inheriting from ddr-finder, but we can do better (such as long-term for fonts as they're already having their version appended).

Astro builds bring us easily perma-cached assets (in /_astro), currently a few JS assets require revalidation because they're in public/, but they'll slowly move over.
