GUI: Overlay to show robot commands about sdpwinners HOT 4 CLOSED

Ola, @Claudiu23, how is this going? I understand you started doing some stuff for this yesterday? The sooner we get this done, the better, it will really help in testing the robot :) Conversely, this will be relatively useless (in the functional sense, eye-candy sense it'll be amazing) for the final match, because we won't be able to do major changes even if we see something going wrong. So I think this should be a top priority ^^

@Claudiu23 - The GUI overlay is working and is really cool (!), but we need better and more consistent images for it! E.g. on one of the images for rotation we have the arrow being transparent -> this is extremely hard to see on the vision. The images have to be simple, clear and be discernible from the background. Stuff with detail is bad :P, I'd much rather have an explosion or smth for the kick than the figure of a man kicking the ball, that image is only going to flash on the screen for like.. 100ms max before we already send a new command, so it has to be immediately obvious what just happened.
