After doing some research into the different options for python packaging libraries, I'm feeling hesitant to take that route; especially if everything can fit into one file. For now, duplicating the malt.py file into the project directory will be the preferred method of installation. I would like to upload the project to the PyPi in the future as well, and as far as I know I would need to set up a proper installation/packaging method for that. So this goal will be moved back to be dealt with at another time.
