I'm having the same problem, and I'm guessing it's the result of how Amoeba walks the tree in a linear fashion for the first has_many relationship, then again for the second one, ultimately not linking the items correctly.

Did you find a solution?

No unfortunately not yet. As a workaround I wrote my own function which fits exactly the models and attributes I used in my application.

That's what I did as well. It makes sense that Amoeba can't handle multiple _many relationships.
