请检查您服务器可能影响 SSL 证书有效性验证的设置。如系统时钟，根证书等。根据您的日志，未能在 WindowsServer 2016 复现该问题。日志和您的描述似乎不一致，日志显示该错误可能发生在向服务器发送心跳包时，且似乎没有在日志中观察到来自 Console 的插件安装请求。（关于最后一点：不确认是否是在日志输出前产生了错误。）

不知腾讯云的服务器怎么回事，这是重装过后的，可以确认报错是在点击下载插件后才出现的。不过也懒得折腾了（其实是技术能力不够），2012能用就行。谢谢解答
