Oh that's not good. Does the camera source show up in the popup? Might also be good to know what browser you're using just in case.

Hm I see, yes if it says "Disabled" the camera won't show in the recording. Have you tried recording on a different website, and making sure that when opening the popup and clicking on the microphone/camera icon in the URL bar, both camera and microphone are enabled? Otherwise, you can try reinstalling the extension (maybe you don't have the latest version?).

Hi!!, I have the same issue... I show the steps that happens (and a "temporary" solution for the cam recording).
I select the webcam and mic and start recording:
Then, the circle of the webcam disappears, and in the config options de cam selected in "blank" (and there is no button of enabled/disabled webcam):
However, I can choose the cam "Disable", and then the cam button appears (and if you press it, the webcam circle appears and works properly).
I hope this help.

I'll see if I can recreate the issue & fix it, I'm assuming it might be some sort of browser storage issue, not properly getting the device ID from the camera and thus being unable to display video.

Hi,
I'm having the same issue.
I'm running Windows 10, using Chrome Version 91.0.4472.106 (64-bit) and Screenity 2.7.4
In the extension settings I can choose my cam amongst the available options. All working fine there.
If I record a chrome tab or the desktop, the "cam circle" disappears. In the recording settings, the camera drop-down is empty except for the "disable" option.
If I record using "camera only", it works. The camera shows without issues.
I tried both installing manually or from the Chrome store and the behavior is the same.

Should be fixed in the new MV3 version.
