[request] Changelog about ultracopier HOT 3 OPEN

Now published into source. I will look if integration into about popup it's possible for the next version.

Sorry, but what does that even mean ? All user are not developpers with git skills. So:

• Should i look at the git commit ? That way to hard for a normal user.
• Should i look inside a file in the git reposoitory ? Why not, but which one ?

Btw, project url must be changed, as it's currently redirect to https://ultracopier.herman-brule.com.
Same goes for the url displayed in about popup.
