Update user instructions around the "HTML To Govspeak" section about paste-html-to-govspeak HOT 3 CLOSED

Hi @jon-kirwan 👋 thanks for raising an issue, seems a great way to try avoid miscommunication.

I don't think we should updating documentation here and have govspeak-preview link to this. To me that seems to distribute the govspeak help tools which doesn't seem necessary and seems negative for this project as the example here is intended as just a demo of the modules functionality. Instead I think that we should include adapt govspeak-preview to make use of the functionality of this module and provide any additional documentation there.

How does that sound? I'm happy to have a chat about it.

Yep I see what you mean and agree. Updating govspeak-preview to include some of this functionality sounds like a much better solution (and was actually our initial preference so that'd be great if we could do that).

We were hoping to include the section for HTML To Govspeak (along with the preview) somewhere on govspeak-preview - probably under a new tab - along with additional user instructions.
