The provided log doesn't have information about the Open Note Scanner. Can you check if the problem persists with version 1.0.20 release yesterday?

If you filter the logcat with the opennotescanner string it will give the correct log messages.

Just remember that the paper must be a quadrangular over a contrastant surface, or have any quadrangular border on it. When scanning books, notebooks and similars, it is hard to get a quadrangular, in those cases you can hit the shutter twice in order to capture de whole image.
