咨询下，看了下代码，为啥counter的lastUpdateTime 是 返回System.currentTimeMillis()，这个说明实际没起作用吗？

@davidsome 你说的应该是CounterImpl这种是一直累加的。可以看看BucketCounterImpl这个应该是在给定的time范围内统计，这种就可以做清除了。
