But when I'am converting this SVG code to PDF format (using Apache batik) I got few more issues.

The attribute "Transform" of Path element is invalid (Occurs in all the browsers)
2.The attribute "d" of Path element is invalid(Occurs in IE8 Browser).This seems because of dimension pairs comma(,) separator.Do you know how to resolve these issues.or Any other alternatives other than batik?

I haven't stumbled on these issues before. To be honest I wrote Raphael.Export for a very specific job and most of the code was written by someone else. It's not the project that has received most of my attention.
You may have to have a look at the code yourself if you wish to fix these issues.
