Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce this bug. I even tested the plugin on a vault with over 6000 notes, yet it still works fine.
Since I can't reproduce the bug, I can't fix it. However, if you were willing to send me your vault as a zip file, I could debug the issue effectively and find a solution for the issue.

I had a similar issue without the errors in the Console. Doing a Force Refresh seemed to load the plugin. I'm not sure if this was a result of installing via BRAT or if it was related to the original report.

I just released a new version with some bugfixes. Does the issue still appear?

Now the 3d graph is shown, but I cannot do anything just to zoom in and out, but no rotating.
