EXPERIENCE

• VisaTravel (June, 2022 - till now).
  I develop a CRM system that processes new customer requests and allows managing current orders. I also integrated a notification system that informs customers by sending them SMS and emails when the status of their orders changes. Currently, I am working on creating a Telegram bot that 1) receives and forwards service requests from customers, 2) provides current exchange rates upon request from the Central Bank of Russia, the National Bank of Kazakhstan, MOEX and KASE exchanges, as well as data from the most popular banks in Kazakhstan: Freedom Bank, Halyk Bank, Bank Center Credit, and others.

• Automation of document preparation (January, 2022 - April, 2022).
  Automation of workflow for the purpose of customs clearance when importing goods to the CIS countries from the USA and Europe. Organized, developed and supported the program for creating a set of documents in just one click, which reduced the time for preparing customs documents from 40-60 minutes to just 1.
