Hello, I may be a little bit late but I updated the project and the requirements and it seems to work fine with the new versions in the requirements
If you are new to python try to use a virtual environment before installing the project and it should work fine (https://docs.python.org/3/library/venv.html)
python -m venv venv
source ./venv/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements.txt
python3 demo.py --city Kremlin-Bicetre --country France
