Remove threat_host and log_agent about al_agents HOT 7 CLOSED

Since these recipes are being depreciated, can we include one that removes threat_host and log_agent then re-installed them under the new unified recipe?

on nix systems al-agent.rpm/deb are conflicting with old al-log-agent/al-threat-host* and not depricating them. So it's not that simple, and uninstall need to happen first and then install of a newer version/type
so @whiteadam proposal to have 'remove' recipe is a valid enhancement proposal.

From the AL backend side we can actually do all the magic correctly though. This is due to rpm/apt behavior details. they do not guarantee to keep all mandatory config files during "deprecates" upgrade procedure

@motobob Hmm, would you recommend the following:
Uninstall recipe:

1. Remove the rpm/deb if present
2. Delete the /var/alertlogic/ directory

Default Agent recipe:

1. Remove the rpm/deb for either depreciated agent if present
2. Install the unified agent

Does that sound correct or do you happen to have a better method?
