magic-string for sourcemaps about sucrase HOT 1 CLOSED

Yep, I've thought about it a bit, but I believe the Sucrase transformer is quite a bit more efficient than magic-string. magic-string builds a linked list of fragments, which splits on every edit that you make, then combines them at the end. Sucrase does a left-to-right walk through the file and directly builds the result string without an intermediate data structure. I think sourcemaps should be fairly easy to implement directly in Sucrase; my plan was to look at how magic-string does it, but I think it should be similar.

I'll close this and leave #223 as the more general task for implementing sourcemaps. Certainly I'm still open to magic-string if it's the best tool for the job, but I think it's heavier-weight than I need. (I also can't compile to webassembly using AssemblyScript if there are any JS dependencies, which is a goal of mine.)
