Not really an uncommon issue with font rasterization and specific fonts. I'd imagine this could just be an issue with the rasterizer and glyph alignment.
Alacritty leaves rasterization completely up to the system libraries for the specific platform and does not artificially clamp glyphs at all. If a font is poorly made and doesn't rasterize well at certain sizes or even reports incorrect metrics, then that's not really something I'm interested in working around in Alacritty.

The font is definitely not the issue as it renders perfectly fine in Alacritty on Linux from what I've tested, so it seems to be macOS specific font rendering then.
Additionally, this happens with every single font, not just certain ones.
I was hoping for some pointers/suggestions but thanks anyways.
