In PR #4 we add main.yml and we download the tar file of stdlib release with the version defined in "STDLIB_VERSION".

However, this project is dependent on the quasigroup and loop definitions from stdlib that is added to milestone v2.0.

I was trying to make it similar to agda where we clone the repository then checkout to a particular commit. But it's better to wait for stdlib official release to keep it compatible with versions of stdlib
