Ready for review. I'll seed this along with the others tomorrow.
Known issues:
- LikesCounter in the Story Index Item container tends to move. CSS can lock it into position.
- Like button behavior seems stable, but multiple API calls in rapid succession can break the site.

- I would prefer the heart to be the part they click to like or unlike. But this works.
- Could be both?
- I'm not sure how I feel about the like section being before and after the story. I like how Medium does it (fixed along the side), but I'm not sure how you would implement that here.
- Medium has three likes container: two as story header/footer and one as a container on the side. I could create a new container positioned absolutely on the left, but it would be another separate component.
- As weird as it might be, I would prefer to be able to like a story on the story index item. At the very least, if I liked a story, I want the heart to be filled in on the index to indicate it's a story I liked.
- As a UX designer, I agree with you. My original intent wat that a user ought to read the story first before liking it.
- On the story index items, I think the liked area would be better in the lower right.
- That can be moved into that in the StoryIndexItem component.
- That can be moved into that
