Hi
Can you confirm that's just a pure TextField without any wrappers/extra event handlers attached to it (i.e. no Flex involved)? And is that URL set with the text property? Is it an input one or a dynamic one?
It seems like the expected behaviour to me - what were you expecting to happen? Normal text in a normal text field isn't going to be interpreted as a hyperlink, but you could set it via htmlText wrapped in a hyperlink tag?

Hi! Sorry for the delay. It's not a flex component. It's an input text field with a wrapper. That url is set with the text property.
What I expected is that when I double click on fix|ed or mits|ubishi, the word fixed or mitsubishi should be selected, instead of the whole line of the text field. It's the common behavior if you do the same thing with any modern software for example: Word, browser address bar, github...
