Let's put `aiosparql` under the `aio-libs` org on PyPI about aiosparql HOT 3 OPEN

I have sent you an invite for aiosparql on pypi.

It might be best to remove me from the maintainers of all aio-libs projects as I don't plan on doing more work on this. I was using this for my job back in the days but now I rarely write any Python at all.

I tried to login to pypi and it logged me in without password or anything because my email address has changed and the old one was refusing emails. I added the new email address but I think this could have been a serious security issue for all these years...

@cecton thank you! One of the reasons I'm consolidating the projects is so there's no single point of failure and the maintenance could continue when new people step up. I also wanted to get rid of the bot account on PyPI being the uploader.

I have moved the project and reduced everyone's user-account privileges. I also deleted the bot account.

Regarding the security issue of you having access — it's not a concern anymore as I have set the requirement to have 2FA enabled now. And it'll be required for everyone (to do uploads) in 2024. So I'm fine with keeping you on the list of maintainers on PyPI — it's a nice badge for you, while not being a security problem.

I'll keep this open for the time being — until the secretless publishing is set up in the repo.
