1. The plugin reads app.scss and produces {{project}}.css - you can use imports to add other SASS files
2. Importing CSS should be done using app.import() in the Brocfile (as per the ember-cli docs), although you can use an @import url(file.css); in your SASS as long as it's at the start of your app.scss (be aware there's issues with this approach)
3. No, but it's very simple :)

Just to clarify on point 2 - is it valid/okay to put this @import foundation at the top of my app.scss file? If not -what is the recommended way to compose all the scss together for a single export?
