Apologies to everyone experiencing this issue. I've had a huge couple of
weeks, and it's not happening for me or the people on my team. Also it
looks like the issue is in broccoli-sass or node-sass, so it's not trivial
to fix.
Hoping to get it sorted over the weekend.

This issue is resolved in this PR to broccoli-sass. Just waiting for review before I merge it in.

Anybody looking for a fix in the interim can npm install aexmachina/ember-cli-sass --save-dev to use master until this issue is resolved.

This should be all resolved now in v3.0.1.

This has been caused by an issue from one of the modules we use. The problem should be fixed if you upgrade to the latest version 3.0.2.
