petridish doesn't know about helix-cli, so the compiled htl template already need to be provided.
if we change something fundamental in the way the actions are executed, we need to run hlx build
in the test source folder again.
another option could be to use a complete different directory than .hlx and create just a simple "action". petridish only need to emulate 'openwhisk', not any helix specific pipeline.

ok, got it. Makes sense. Then I am in favor of simplifying the "compiled renderer" to the minimum and get rid of everything that my lead to confusion.
