I'm having the same problem. The file does not exist, but there is a folder with the same UUID.

Did you perform the database migration when doing the upgrade to v22.10.25?

I didn't, I'm upgrading it unattended.
Thanks for the find though. I was trying to find a changelog, but couldn't find one.

I got it to work by checking out and running 32bf923. Export it from there and import it in the master version.
