it's not the solution, I think:
in actix-redis/Cargo.toml there is cookie = { git="https://github.com/alexcrichton/cookie-rs.git", features=["percent-encode","secure"] }
To be consistent, it would also be necessary in actix-web/Cargo.toml cookie = { git="https://github.com/alexcrichton/cookie-rs.git", features=["percent-encode","secure"] } (and not cookie = { version="0.10", features=["percent-encode","secure"] }'.
