a temporary solution is to add in the list of addons a local link to these missing directories:
addons = local parts/openerp/addons

Really nice. It's good for me.
Pydev debugging have a low execution time and i don't use it a lot. I prefer pdb :) . But a good autocompletion and linking between module is really useful when we maintain or explore a source code.
