Strict comparison should always return a subset of loose comparison. about truvari HOT 3 CLOSED

Started working on in branch feature/multimatch.

• Discuss/elaborate on this reasoning on WIKI page
• Update the README to be more clear on this behavior

Part of this is now handled and documented in https://github.com/spiralgenetics/truvari/wiki/The--multimatch-parameter.
However I'm still gong to leave this issue open and will try to find the best 'global' match to allow non --multimatch truvari runs to produce proper subsets.
Side note: I was able to find non-subset entries with the scrip

grep -v '#' ../sequence_multimatch/tp-base.vcf | cut -f1-5 | sort > seq_tp-base.txt
comm -1 -3 loose_tp-base.txt seq_tp-base.txt > non_subset.txt
