Update icons on manual refresh about accrescent HOT 8 OPEN

I didn't clean the storage and i saw the new icon.

By the way, as a French person myself, I think this change of name and icon is an excellent move. Let's keep it forever :p

For me it updated the icon w/o cleaning storage after some time.

It shouldn't require storage to be cleared to see the new icon. However, you won't see the new icon until the image cache for that specific icon is invalidated (which happens normally after some time). I think this could be improved though by checking for icon updates when performing a manual refresh, so I'll keep this issue open.

This seems to also occur for display names, not just app icons, so that's something to consider.

Display names will be updated with a manual refresh or when an automatic update occurs.

This may be unrelated, but maybe the cache should be improved so that icons don't need time to load to show up (especially for installed apps).
