Hi,
Thanks for sharing this. Can you please check out v0.7?
In v0.6 I was only adding Content-Type to the request if its value is application/json. But now I'm making it add the header regardless which value it holds. It is on the customer to use the correct value.

I can confirm that v0.7 works as intended for me. I will roll it out to a bigger production environment later this week and expect everything to go well, otherwise I will let you know. Thanks for a great project and the fast response.
