Chakram is built on Mocha and Chai, the well known testing combo (Mocha needs assertion lib to become silver bullet). I never use Chakram before and never heard about it, so we need to be careful and avoid fw that is not well known for crowd. My proposal is to do more research about Chakram popularity and quality, and then we make decision.

I am leaning more towards pure Mocha+Chai combo for now. Less dependencies - important always, especially at this phase of the project. If we need Chakram later, we will add it.
