Add a homebrew formula for colima about colima HOT 5 CLOSED

Created a PR to homebrew: Homebrew/homebrew-core#87237

@vladimir-kotikov should I do a new release to fix the linux failure Homebrew/homebrew-core#87237 (comment)?. It has been fixed with #23.

Or can Linux be outright disabled, it is not really supported on Linux for now anyways.

@abiosoft I couldn't find any information about whether Linux support is optional in homebrew-core - I'll check with homebrew folks regarding that. But in any case I think releasing a new version would be a plus (this doesn't sound like it's too hard to do) - I could switch to new version to satisfy Linux tests at least formally if this would work for them.

I think you should do both. i.e. update it to v0.2.2 and limit it to macOS.
