SwissID login is now failing because of anomaly detection about postcard_creator_wrapper HOT 10 CLOSED

I've done it with multiple accounts (arguably created all in the same way and around the same time though). Same results for all of them. I didn't try to MITM the mobile traffic though, as I don't have a setup ready for that.

To anybody interested:

• (Create a new SwissID login (without identity verification!))
• Call the Swisspost to unlink the Swissid account
• Click on the link that you should receive by email to link a new SwissID account
• (Connect to the previously created account or) create a new account
• All set! But don't add phone number, app, or identity verification!

You can still use your previous 2FA account with other services than the SwissPost!

Thanks for raising the issue. I haven't looked into this for a while.

I suggest the following steps:

• Verify that the behavior is not account specific
• MITM intercept traffic on the mobile app
• Try and error to reproduce workflow of mobile app in the wrapper

I have the same error but it feels like it is not possible to remove 2FA from swissid.
Does anyone still succeed to connect? Is it still functional?
When I try to connect, I get the same error but also receive a notification to validate the connection (or SMS)

the project is still maintained and functional. having a 2nd factor in authentication defeats the purpose of automation. i personally never enabled 2fa so i cant help you on that.

Do you connect via swissid but have achieved a way to not have 2fa enabled?

Swiss ID is currently the only way to use the wrapper. The old endpoints with username/password are no longer available (as far as I remember) . I never enabled 2fa so i cant help you how to disable it. Having a second factor enabled which requires a human in the loop defeats the purpose of using this wrapper.
