If we did open this up, we'd need to make at least two changes:
- Prevent clobbering existing filters (https://github.com/orgsync/active_interaction/pull/185/files#r12265038).
- Document
registerandcastin the readme (#183).
In addition, we'd need to do a couple other things unrelated to the code:
- Recommend using a workaround (#186 (comment)) instead. The workarounds let you share validations between interactions and models.
- Bump the minor version number. Any changes to
registerorcastwould require a major version bump.
