GUC support broken in Postgres 9.1? about pg_stat_plans HOT 2 CLOSED

Thats because only 9.2 has:

• Remove the custom_variable_classes parameter (Tom Lane)

There's nothing a module can do to add new GUCs without a user adding a "custom_variable_classes = "..., ...".
